Terms & Conditions

1) Scope of Services

LAN Secure Solutions provides structured cabling, network installation, network configuration, security camera installation,
and related technology services as described in an approved Scope of Work or written proposal.
Any work not explicitly included in the approved scope is considered out-of-scope and may require a change order.

2) Estimates & Site Conditions

Estimates are based on visible conditions and information provided at the time of quoting. Final pricing and timelines may change
due to hidden obstacles (e.g., blocked pathways, insulation, fire stops, existing wiring issues), building materials, access limitations,
code requirements, or customer-requested changes.

3) Client Responsibilities

• Provide access to work areas, attics, network closets, and equipment locations.
• Confirm and approve device placement locations before installation.
• Ensure minors, pets, and occupants remain clear of work areas during service.
• Back up important data before any changes to networking equipment or settings.

4) Customer-Supplied Equipment

Clients may supply their own equipment unless otherwise agreed. LAN Secure Solutions is not responsible for compatibility,
performance, licensing, firmware limitations, warranty coverage, or failures of customer-supplied equipment.
Troubleshooting customer equipment may be billable.

5) Third-Party Services

Internet service performance, outages, speed limitations, and provider-side configuration are outside our control.
LAN Secure Solutions is not liable for issues caused by ISPs, cloud services, power outages, or third-party applications.

6) Payments

Payment terms are shown on your invoice or proposal. Past-due balances may delay project completion or future scheduling.
Equipment purchased on your behalf may require a deposit or prepayment.

7) Warranty & Workmanship

We stand behind our workmanship for the period stated in your proposal or invoice, subject to normal use and site conditions.
This does not cover damage caused by third parties, remodeling, environmental conditions, pests, water, power events,
or customer modifications after installation.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LAN Secure Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of use.
Our maximum liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
